What is Planifyer?
Planifyer is project-management software for building and commissioning hospitals. It tracks vendors, contracts, vendor bills, payments, procurement, site labour, tasks and the project budget in one place.
Is Planifyer a hospital management system?
No. Planifyer manages the construction and commissioning of the hospital building. It has no patients, doctors or appointments.
How does Planifyer handle GST and TDS on vendor bills?
GST is split into CGST + SGST for vendors in the same state as the site and charged as IGST otherwise. TDS is applied under sections 194C, 194J or 194Q. Every figure — GST, TDS, retention and net payable — is calculated on the server, never typed in.
Who can approve a vendor bill?
Bills move through three steps in order: site engineer, then accounts, then director. Nobody can approve out of turn or skip a step, and each person sees only the actions their role allows.
